Selina Kyle was a child of the streets, growing into a beautiful young woman and becoming the cunning criminal Catwoman. This felonious feline became the most successful cat burglar Gotham City has ever known. She loves the perfect plunder -- the bigger the score, the better she likes it, especially when she gets the opportunity to exploit those who exploit others.
Unlike others in Gotham City's underworld, Catwoman shares a strange relationship with Batman -- part adversarial, part flirtatious, making for a dynamic dance between cat and bat. Still living outside the law, Selina has reevaluated her life as Catwoman, now speaking for society's strays, cast-offs and those who have fallen through the cracks.
